If you wish to access our secure creditor portal for information and documentation regarding a particular case that we are administering, please enter the URL followed by the 6 digit case reference stated within our correspondence; for example:
www.ballardbusinessrecovery.co.uk/creditor-area/xyz001 (all lower case)
You will then be prompted for a password that is stated within our correspondence to creditors. NOTE – when you enter the password, if your URL takes you back to our homepage, please enter the above URL again and this will then take you to the secure creditor portal for the case. Rights under insolvency legislation
