Please visit http://www.creditorinsolvencyguide.co.uk/ This website will play an important part in helping creditors to navigate their way through the insolvency process and will also assist creditors in having the processes & key terms explained.
At Ballard Business Recovery we have always welcomed creditor involvement and interaction. R3 is advocating this approach, informing creditors that the more they get involved in the insolvency process, the better the outcome is likely to be for them.
