Phil Ballard FCCA MABRP
Director & Insolvency Practitioner

Phil is a chartered accountant who holds a practising certificate with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). He is also qualified insolvency practitioner licensed in the United Kingdom by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).
​
Phil has advised and assisted hundreds of directors since 2007 understand the options available to them when their businesses are in financial distress. Specialising in all forms of corporate and personal insolvency, and having dealt with businesses in multiple sectors; Phil prides himself on providing pragmatic solutions for all parties affected by insolvency.

Will Carter
Senior Insolvency Administrator

Will has over 4 years experience as an insolvency administrator and deals with all aspects of corporate and personal insolvencies on a day to day basis.
​
Having passed his Certificate of Proficiency in Insolvency (CPI) examination in 2020, Will is looking to continue with his professional studies in insolvency. We look forward to assisting him progress in his career with us.

Emma Ballard
Senior Manager

Emma is a senior manager who has assisted countless directors collate the necessary information required to assess their business’ financial position and guide them through the difficult steps required in order to place their company into a voluntary liquidation process.
​
Emma also focuses on assisting companies through the MVL / solvent liquidation process, working with accountants, directors and HMRC to facilitate the orderly wind down of solvent companies and allow shareholders to extract funds in the most tax efficient manner.

Owen Mason
Insolvency Administrator
​
Owen began his role as an insolvency administrator in 2019 and has previously focused on insolvent investigations. Owen now assists with all aspects of the solvent liquidation process as well as the cashiering function.
​
Having recently passed his AAT level 3 qualification, Owen will work towards becoming a chartered accountant whilst expanding his expertise with us.
​
